Being a millennial and a business owner, I have grasped a great understanding of social media and ways to appeal to others. From professional photos on the ground, to eyes in the sky (Drones), and even 360 virtual tours, I am going to make sure your property gets the exposure it deserves.



As a professional drone pilot I always offer complementary aerial photos with all my listed properties. These photos have been known to hold the attention of buyers and bring in thousands of views. But, what has a greater return on interest than pictures? Video! Why video? Today everyone is busy! Scrolling through many pictures, reading descriptions, and visiting properties are all important, but time consuming. A proper video has the ability to show more of the property in an adequate amount of time, keeping clients entertained and becoming more familiar with the land. This will, in the end, make you look like a trusted seller. Videos are also known to be boosted on social media gaining more likes and shares than text and photo image posts combined. With 80% of today's buyers searching online for a new home, Facebook and YouTube are excellent sources when you are looking to get exposure. Ask yourself, how many times do you scroll through Facebook on your phone compared to your computer? According to Statista, 96% of all active users use mobile devices. Also, with Generation Y accounting for around 50% of new home buyers it is important to appeal to the masses. How can you do this? Ensure all content you post is mobile friendly. Having a mobile friendly website will extraordinarily improve views and turn over rates. This is sometimes difficult to do when dealing with listings and complex websites. However, with experience in new technology, I can assure all of your listings will have the ability to be viewed on a smartphone.
